Tree Surgery

Our fully qualified tree surgery team have many years of practical experience. This experience is available to you through our advice and consultation services. We can provide tree and hedge surveys and can deal with appropriate local authorities if your tree has Tree Preservation Order (TPO) or if you live in a Conservation Area (CA).

Site specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are available along with our Public and Employer’s Liability Insurance.

All waste is recycled in an environmentally friendly way. All arising’s are chipped on site and collected from our yard to be used for Biomass. The timber is prepared to sell for firewood. Our sister company The Log Store provides a delivery services across the midlands for the sale of seasoned logs and kindling.

Pruning – Removal of trees and branches to improve a tree’s form
Reductions – The overall reduction of a tree to a given specification. All pruning cuts to BS3998 standards
Crown Thinning & Lifting – The removal of a percentage of the tree’s inner canopy. Generally carried out to allow more light through the crown, or reduce the overall weight of the canopy without a heavier reduction.
Felling/Dismantling – The removal of trees in a controlled manner through climbing and rigging techniques
